Why it matters
The Oblik lifts a wide 304 stainless dish on a clear acrylic stand. The high-polish steel resists stuck-on food and doesn't hold odors.
It holds about half a cup, suits wet or dry food, and is dishwasher safe (not microwavable).
Who it's for, and who should skip it
Good fit if
- Wet food
- Minimal decor
- Easy cleaning
Look elsewhere if
- Cats that eat from automatic feeders
- Kittens too small to reach a raised rim
- Owners who need a sealed travel bowl
Pros and cons
Pros
- Polished stainless
- Removable dish
- Dishwasher safe
Cons
- Small capacity
- Acrylic scratches
- Single dish
Limitations to weigh
- Whisker-friendly means wide and shallow: if your cat pulls food onto the floor or eats only from the middle, try a wider dish.
- Raised bowls suit most adult and senior cats; very small kittens may need a lower dish.
- Wash bowls daily; check whether the bowl, the stand or both can go in the dishwasher.
