Why it matters
Yaheetech's low tree puts the condo at ground level so cats step in, and tops it with a 20.5 x 15 in perch, room to stretch. Heavier and older cats get on and off easily.
It's 23.5 in tall.
Who it's for, and who should skip it
Good fit if
- Senior cats

- Cats that leap hard onto top perches
Pros and cons
Pros

Limitations to weigh
- Measure your biggest cat: perches and beds should be longer than your cat lying down.
