Why it matters
FEANDREA's UPCT614W01 is built around a 26.8 x 18.9 in perch, big enough, the maker says, for one extra-large cat like a Maine Coon. A two-door upper cave and a lower hideaway sit below.
At 40.6 in it fits most rooms.
Who it's for, and who should skip it
Good fit if
- Extra-large cats
- Senior cats
- Living rooms
Look elsewhere if
- Large cats on small trees
- Owners who can't anchor tall trees
- Cats that leap hard onto top perches
Pros and cons
Pros
- Huge perch
- Two caves
- Stable base
Cons
- Mid height
- Particleboard
- Hand wash
Limitations to weigh
- Measure your biggest cat: perches and beds should be longer than your cat lying down.
- Re-tighten bolts every few weeks; posts loosen as cats climb.
- Stand tall trees against a wall and use any anti-tip strap supplied.
