Why it matters
FEANDREA's UPCL002P01 looks like a farmhouse end table with sliding barn doors. Inside, the enclosed space gives a cat privacy and keeps litter smell and scatter contained.
At 31.5 x 20.9 in and 19.7 in tall, it fits most standard boxes.
Who it's for, and who should skip it
Good fit if
- Living rooms
- Farmhouse decor
- Most standard boxes
Look elsewhere if
- Self-cleaning boxes unless the inside fits them
- Very large cats if the entry is small
- Homes without room for a cabinet-size piece
Pros and cons
Pros
- Barn-door access
- Roomy interior
- Doubles as an end table
Cons
- Particleboard and MDF
- Assembly
- Not for tall hooded boxes
Limitations to weigh
- Measure your litter box (length, width and height with the lid) and compare it to the enclosure's inside space, not the outside size.
- Enclosures trap smell as well as hide it: scoop daily and keep the vent holes clear.
- Introduce it slowly: leave the doors open or the box half-in for a few days so your cat finds the new entrance.
